IS IT NOT HIGHTIME, ARMED FORCES TAKE OVER INDIA ?

We have the Russian bear, the Chinese dragon and the Asian tigers. But there is one country that's not a tiger, not even an elephant, but a big fat sitting duck. This is one of the favourite places of terrorists where thay are free to take pot shots at the people whenever they like. That's why when a terrorist wants to become trigger happy, out of boredom, the first choice is India, a siiting duck. It is a great place for target practice.

India lays out the red carpet for terrorists. It's almost like they joke, " Want to try some of your bombs, why don't you pick up Jaipur ? Is Jaipur too dusty, why don't you give Bangalore a try ? Or do you prefer the national capital ? " India really welcomes foreigners into theit midst. Our borders with Bangladesh are so porous that you now have more Bangladeshis in Mumbai than people from West Bengal. Indian intelligence, would not know that terrorists are going to hit them, even if terrorists send them the information in advance to come and see the fireworks. Our pot-bellied cops would not be able to spot a terrorist even if he walked about under their noses wearing T-shirts that said " T " for " Terrorist ". Best of all, our police is armed with weapons they probably used in World War- 1.

Our leaders are Chief Sitting Ducks, who hold the world record for ineptitude. It takes them 12 long hours to get their crack commandos in place for assault. That's a blessing for terrorists, so that they can go around killing a lot of people while they find out where they have misplaced their sharp shooters. No wonder these terrorists are hitting once a month now, like going for a holiday !

In Kashmir, govt. is too scared to send the people from the plains to settle in the valley, which would have solved the Kashmir issue the way Chinese solved their Tibetian problem. On the other hand they are too scared to give the Kashmiris independence. In the north east of the country even a rag-tag outfit like the ULFA can strike terror at will.

What makes me laugh, is the notion these guys in Siting Duck Land have, that they are about to become a Superpower. What can be more ridiculous that a country which cant even ensure security for its people having these dreams of glory ?

Are we secured in the hands of these " Jokers ? " When 60% of the police is kept for these public servants for their VVIP security, which is paid by taxpayers, how do you expect security for a common man like us ? I want these jokers out of the system, out of the govt. and they can be reemployed, if they have some kind of degree. Let them knock at the doors of head hunters for new jobs.

Now let's talk brasstacks. Today India is a fit case to be taken over by the Armed forces to bring some discipline and to make feel, an ordinary citizen like me, " I am secured in the hands of military ". Let NSG do to politicians what NSG did to terrorists.

Dear Lavi,

I can feel your anger. Today each one of us is angry and ashamed of our politicians. Not only they have left the country down, they are also instrumental in killing of 200 innocent citizens, including foreigners. Let us pledge, that we stop paying all the taxes to this incompentent govt. If they cant protect us, they have no right to ask for taxes too. Let all VVIP security be withdrawn immediately to all these politicians. If one or two of these politicians, are fixed in a terrorist crossfire, you will see overnight changes in the country's security. Let them also feel insecure, like all of us..

Dear Deepak,

Things can change. Let this terrorist attack be a watershed in the history of India. This attack will force the politicians to change things. People are up and against the govt, like never before. You have seen the anger of the people on TV. I remember having heard on NDTV, a group of Mumbaikers, telling Barkha Dutt, that if some politician, happened to be here, he would have been killed by now. " We will tear him apart " were the words.

Very true in letter and spirit. But you must understand that our Armed Forces are truly democratic, secular and patriotic to the core and shall think a thousand times before attempting a coup. The nincompoup political leadership is strongly supported, influenced, misguided and taken for a RIDE by the the cunning, corrupt and mischievious bureacratic class, who also wield fire power/miltary might through auxilliary Defence formations, which of course are a miniscule in comparison with the mighty Defence Forces. The bulk of the financial might, required for an adventure is with the dirty politicians and double that amount, presumably, with the filthy Babus, stached away in Swiss Banks, as you had rightly brought out before. An attempt to take over the country through a Military Coup will obviously result in a bloody civil war of un-imaginable magnitude of death, destruction, suffering and loss before the reigns are in the right hands. To avoid blood shed, a vigorous campaign to launch the already existing Rashtriya Raksha Party (of Defence Veterans in Chandigarh) through out the country to enable it to contest all the parliamentary seats and simultaneously educating the masses, rich or poor, aimed at nothing less than Absolute Victory would be a more democratic and pragmatic approach. For this the fight has to be concentrated against money power and mustle power that dominate all electoral battles in the country, by identifying and taking into confidence major financial, industrial and influential institutes/organisations. The latter (Mustle Power) should not be a problem for the Defence Veterans, with organised vigilance and confrontation, but the former (Money Power) has to be dealt with by ensuring that, it, the money power, should have no role with strict vigilance from the CEC, the educated and concerned voters and by shunning bribery bait by the common, poor and less educated voters, who form the bulk of the voters. Although the party was initiated a decade ago by Defence Veterans, it should be open to all like minded, patriotic and concerned public, who want to see a real change and a true democratic, secular, progressive and a truly free India. Five months aheaad of the ensuing Lok Sabha polls is a great time available to organise all this if at least all the readers of this blog come out on to the field and bring together many other formations, also similarly involved, and work out the VICTORY STRATEGY. Any suggestions to begin the "KUCH Karate Hain" momentum? From my side, I'm immediately taking action to join the Rashtriya Raksha Party and seeking the central permission to begin the membership drive. At the moment I do not know how I shall finance my intentioned actions, but I know for sure that it shall be done! A candidate has already contested from Delhi for Assy elections on 29th of Nov. as I understand. I plead to all "Let us Begin". Jai Hind.

Cdr Khilari,

Your comments and suggestions are always valuable and practical. I think, you may be right that army coup will lead to lot of suffering. Rashtriya Raksha Party could be the right alternative. But i am not sure, whether people will be educated enough to vote for it. I happen to meet Col. Tejendra Pal Tyagi, Vir Chakra at the FRNV summit, who is the President of Rastriya Sainik Sanstha, based in Ghaziabad. He was quite vocal at the summit and claimed to have a membership of 80,000 people. I have been sending him copy of by blog, but emails always bounce back. His cel no. is 09313922889. I Have not contacted him on cell so far. Do you have any idea of this organisaton ? I think you should also join FRNV which consists of eminent people and seems to be serious in bringing changes in this corrupt system. Since Ratan Tata And Delhi Metro Chief, E. Sridharan are actively involved in this society, i hope to see changes in the govt, specially bureacracy, may be in a gradual way but the society has started the first step by organising the 1st summit, which consisted of eminent and clean people, bringing them on a common platform.
